Rove McManus and Tasma Walton buy a $2million beachside home in Perth

They are believed to have recently completed renovations on their $6.4million mansion in Sydney’s Bronte, after two years of construction.

And Rove McManus and his wife, Tasma Walton, have now expanded their property catalogue by purchasing a $2million property in Perth.

The 1960s five-bedroom home is just west of Perth’s CBD and was previously owned by businessman Tony Sage, the owner of the A-League football club Perth Glory. 

The beautiful home is situated in City Beach, making it an ideal location to enjoy sun-drenched days by the ocean, reports realestate.co.au.

The interior features an open-plan living room and dining room, with beautiful hard-wood floors and cream decor throughout.

But the crème de la crème of the home is the huge outdoor swimming pool, which will no doubt be perfect for entertaining guests over the summer. 

Western Australia holds a special place in Rove and Tasma’s hearts.

The Logie-winning presenter, 46, and the actress, 47, tied the knot in Broome in 2009, after becoming an item two years prior.

Meanwhile, the pair have reportedly just finished two years of renovations on their mansion in Bronte, Sydney, which they intend to retain ownership of.

They purchased the five-bedroom property, which overlooks Bronte Beach and includes a library and temperature-controlled wine cellar, in 2016 after selling their Avalon home.

After Waverley Council approved their plans in late 2017, work began in 2018.

The renovations could potentially add $4million to the value of the home.

The couple, who share a young daughter named Ruby, previously lived in America and still own a house in Los Angeles.

Rove is best known as the host of long-running Channel 10 talk show Rove Live. He also runs the production company Roving Enterprises, which produces The Project.
