Home and Away’s Sam Frost narrowly avoids a spill as she comes bounding into 2020 on an intense fitness session while holidaying in New Zealand
She’s currently enjoying a holiday with friends in New Zealand, but Sam Frost hasn’t exactly been putting her feet up.
The 30-year-old Home and Away star took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share a video of an intense fitness session that almost ended in disaster.
‘Today’s fitness challenge. To here… and back. Run from here,’ she captioned a photo marked with her intended route.

Sam was joined by her Home and Away makeup artist Cameron Smith, who was on stopwatch duty.
‘It started off well…’ she wrote in the caption.
But things soon took a nasty turn, with Sam building up too much speed on a hill to stop herself.

‘Oh, s**t!’ the visibly terrified actress screamed, as she hurtled towards a wall at the bottom of the hill.
Luckily, Cameron was able to step in front of Sam and catch her in his arms.
‘Cam was there to save me,’ she wrote in a caption accompanied by a facepalm emoji.

The two were able to laugh about the blunder soon after.
‘What the f**king hell was that?’ Cameron asked in between stifled cackles.
Sam has been using her two-week break from filming commitments to explore New Zealand in a motorhome with her family and friends.
