The mother-of-two and personal trainer showed off her incredible post-baby body and ripped abs in a bikini, during a getaway to Byron Bay this week.

Kris and Sarah announced Frankie Elle’s birth on December 13.
The former Myer ambassador wrote in the caption at the time: ‘Yesterday 12.12.19 all of our Christmas wishes came true, we introduced our healthy baby girl Frankie Elle Smith into the world.
He added: ‘Sarah you were a complete rock as always, you amaze me everyday… thank you for another precious gift I love you beyond words.

Another photo showed their first daughter being introduced to her new baby sister.
Little Mila, held up by Sarah, curiously looked down at her sibling fast asleep.
