The 49-year-old joined her GMB co-host Piers Morgan, 54, live from the Beverly Hills Hotel for the one-off broadcast, which saw them celebrate everything Oscars with Dame Joan Collins, Kelly and Sharon Osbourne.
Commanding attention, Susanna dazzled in a bardot red sequin dress, which she accessorised with an eye-watering £300,000-worth of Martin Katz diamonds.

The broadcaster showcased the dazzling jewels she was loaned for the evening on the special, including a pair of earrings worth £91,000.
Yet dripping in diamonds didn’t sit well with Susanna as she hilariously admitted that she didn’t feel safe wearing ‘that much money’ on her body.
She shared with the star-studded panel: ‘Huge thank you to Martin Katz for these incredible diamonds.
‘I’m wearing £300,000 of diamonds. The necklace is £175,000 and the earrings are £93,000, the cuff is £41,000.’

Adding: ‘Believe me, I didn’t bring it over on the plane!’
‘It stayed in the safe until it was time to put it on and as soon as it is time to take it off it will go straight back to the safe as I don’t feel comfortable wearing that much money on my body.’
Complementing her dazzling display, Susanna worked her brunette locks into a curly style and sported a glamorous beauty look.

Flying off to the awards last week, Piers revealed got stuck into the Hollywood lifestyle as he jetted off to LA in first class on Wednesday night.
The Good Morning Britain star shared a photo of himself on board a British Airways flight after joking that co-host Susanna was ‘much further down the plane’.
Piers appeared to be in his element as he posted a snap of himself in the luxury chair with his legs outstretched and a complimentary black washbag next to him.

It comes after Piers left his co-host Susanna shocked on Tuesday’s episode of Loose Women where they joined the feisty panellists for a candid chat about all things Good Morning Britain.
Susanna had no idea that Piers was flying out to LA on Wednesday night and joked that she was still stuck at work for the rest of the week.
