Kanas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce defended his fashion decisions to brother and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason on the latest episode of their podcast, New Heights.
During the clip, the two were reacting to a picture posted by NFL network of Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson dressed up in one of Jason’s ‘gameday fits,’ which consisted of a t-shirt, jeans and flip flops.
‘Shocker, Jason’s game day fit is the same fit he wears everyday,’ the Eagles center said to begin his rant. ‘What the f*** do I care about a gameday fit?
‘Some people go to play football and some people play dress up. I don’t like to play dress up. I like to play football.’
‘I’m not gonna go shopping, color coordinating, getting belts and shoes and all this s***just to go play football. I don’t get it for a f***ing second. What is the point? I don’t get it.’

Kelce attempted to respond to his brothers rant by saying: ‘My gameday fit is my regular day fit too. So I know exactly what you’re talking about.’
Jason quickly countered by saying: ‘Travis. Travis. You have not worn anything under $100 to a game.’

Travis then made a joke about the flip-flops Jason was wearing in the video.
Unlike Jason, many players around the NFL as well as sports in general for that matter tend to wear fashionable outfits to games.
Many of the players are most known for putting together flashy outfits are also some of the best performers on either the football field or in their respective sport.
It is also worth noting that Travis has also worn plain sweatsuits to games both before and since his relationship with Swift, and that he is not one of the athletes who tends to turn gameday into a fashion show.
