The customers of Fresh and Save, in Richlands, Brisbane are thrilled with their budget purchases including most recently a kilo of chicken wings for just two dollars.
Other two-dollar specials include family-sized custard tarts, two avocados and two pineapples.

The supermarket chain’s recent advertisement on Facebook caught the attention of thousands of thrifty shoppers.
‘See you guys tomorrow. You other fellas. Leave some stuff there for the rest of us,’ one man said.
‘I love this place, most things are cheaper and some things are the same price as Coles or Woolies,’ one woman said.
The advertisement was part of the store’s $2 week sales which customers bragged included 5kg bags of potatoes, Colgate toothpaste, olive oil and bunches of lettuce.
One new shopper said they had gone on Wednesday and found it to be ‘absolutely amazing’.
‘I love this place, most things are cheaper and some things are the same price as Coles or Woolies,’ one woman said

Other bargain hunters tagged their friends in the post and promised to have a road trip to check the supermarket out over the weekend.
