An Australian TikTok user has earned thousands of followers after sharing how she turned her own neat handwriting into a computer font.

Isabelle, from Sydney, revealed she used the Calligraphr website to import each handwritten letter and symbol into the computer system.

‘I was always told I had nice handwriting, so I made it into a font,’ she said in the video and demonstrated how she writes her study notes. 

The 17-second video published on October 26 has since been viewed more than 1.9 million times and received more than 237,000 ‘likes’.

The website allows users to create unique font styles and ‘genuine personal details’ with ease.

To create the font, users simply need to sign-up to the platform, fill out the supplied template, take an image of the sheet and upload the photo into the system.

The website is ideal to use for personalised invitations, thank you letters and birthday cards as well as study notes.

Other TikTok users were left impressed with the clever idea and shared words of praise in the comments section.  

‘I want to do this to use on my phone,’ one person said. 

‘I’m going to make my own font now,’ another added, a third said: ‘That looks awesome!’

‘I aspire to have your handwriting,’ a fourth said. 

While it’s free to register on the website, customers will need to pay a monthly service fee for continuous use.
