Trinny Woodall proved she’s very comfortable in her skin on This Morning on Friday when she wore a sports bra live on air.
The 56-year-old health enthusiast was taking part in a gym wear fashion segment to inspire people in lockdown when she whipped off her top to reveal the bra.
She had teamed it with matching leggings from Sweaty Betty as she walked around he room, showing off her incredible abs in the process.

She laughed as Eamonn Holmes put his hand up in mock protest and looked away, as his wife Ruth Langsford chuckled.
There was no sign of her partner Charles Saatchi on the show this morning.
The 76-year-old businessman had accidentally strolled into one of her livestreams while completely naked, unaware that she was filming.
The accident was noticed by a fan, who admitted they weren’t aware of Trinny’s reaction as the media personality covered her face with a £400 LED mask when the art collector appeared.

The style guru was showing off her top looks for summer from the comfort of her home, with social distancing rules meaning she had to present via video call.
