Speaking to The Sun, Vicky slammed Kate Moss’ famous mantra ‘nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’ as she insists ‘the best feeling is being healthy’.

She said of Kate: ‘She’s clearly never had a profiterole tower from Marks & Spencer or a Pepperoni Passion from Domino’s! The best feeling is being healthy and for some reason, I mistook what ‘health’ was. I thought it was a number on the scales or fitting into a size eight.’

She went on to say that healthiness for her is no longer a number on a scale or ‘fitting into a size eight.’

Instead, Vicky has learned to love the simple things in life including waking up ahead of her alarm or dancing in the street.’

The brunette beauty has had a difficult time of late, what with the loss of Paul, known as Mr Newcastle as well as the death of her beloved grandmother Mavis.

Vicky also had to endure the breakdown of her two-year relationship with John Noble, with the couple splitting after he was caught cheating on her.

Discussing her heartbreak she explained: ‘For it to end in that way is what I always feared the most. Being disrespected, being cheated on, being publicly embarrassed, that really took the wind out of my sails.’

The TV personality went on to reflect on what may of gone wrong with John and former relationships including Stephen Bear, Spencer Matthews and Ricci Guarnaccio.

She said: ‘I probably pushed for the fairytale of marriage and kids too hard and with the wrong people. It’s no secret I pick the wrong men and in the past I haven’t had the healthiest of relationships.’

She went on to say that she tells partners that if they wind up unhappy in the relationship, they should simply ‘cut their losses’ and not make her ‘feel stupid’.

Vicky told how John’s betrayal left her off her her food, adding that food ‘didn’t feel important’ anymore.

After struggling to act like she was fine all the while suffering inside, Vicky found the courage to move on for the sake of her young fans.

Vicky is now loved up with property developer boyfriend Ercan Ramadan, 26.

Earlier this month, Vicky revealed that she qualified as a personal trainer along with her beau Ercan.
