Victoria Beckham has revealed she will have a ‘virtual birthday celebration’ on Instagram Live with her friend DJ Fat Tony on Friday amid the ongoing lockdown.

The fashion designer is turning 46 on April 17 and told how Fat Tony will take over her Instagram to share a playlist of her favourite songs with fans.

Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-four shared a snap of herself frolicking in a pile of large white balloons as she urged her followers to ‘turn the music up’.

Alongside the photo, she wrote: ‘Tomorrow is my birthday. @di_fattony_ has given me the best bday present. A playlist of all my favourite songs to share with everyone.’

Rather than receive gifts, Victoria told how she would like her friends and family to make a charitable donation this year instead.

She wrote: ‘Instead of gifts this year I have asked my friends and family to donate to @thechildrenssociety. The link is in my bio.

‘They provide a lifeline for children hidden from view in the coronavirus crisis, and in even more danger now from abuse, exploitation, neglect or hunger. Please support them if you can.

‘Tony will be going live on my Instagram tomorrow at 8PM BST/4PM EDT. Turn the music up and have a dance in your living room/kitchen/bedroom. Thank you Tony! x VB.’

Victoria is currently in self-isolation at her sprawling Cotswolds estate with husband David, 44, along with three of their children, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 15, and Harper, eight.

Their eldest son Brooklyn, 21, is isolating in the US with his girlfriend Nicola Peltz as that’s where he was when the outbreak happened.

The Beckham family have been joining in with the weekly campaign to thank the NHS and other key workers for their hard work amid the coronavirus pandemic, clapping on the doorstep of their home on Thursdays.

Victoria had been filming her family in previous weeks but managed to position her phone so that she could join in last week.

In a heartwarming clip posted to Instagram, the group could be seen flashing warm smiles as Victoria, David, 44, and their children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper showed their appreciation for those helping fight the COVID-19 virus.

Former footballer David grinned broadly as he kneeled at the centre of the video surrounded by his wife and children.
