Video: Shocked police discover five children not wearing seat belts in the back of a car with a MOPED loaded on top of them
Derbyshire Police find five children in the back of a car on the M1 riding without seatbelts as they balanced a moped on top of them. The police removed the children to safety, and the driver was reported to court.
