WIMBLEDON LIVE: Emma Raducanu RETIRES from fourth round clash with Ajla Tomljanovic after being forced to take medical timeout due to breathing difficulties, having been a set and a break down on Court No 1

British teen Emma Raducanu was left heartbroken after being forced to retire in her match with Australian Ajla Tomljanovic, after appeared to be struggling to breath.

The 18-year-old had lost a hard-fought first set 4-6, and was trailing in the second 3-0 after seeing her serve broken before she clearly started to struggle on court.

Calling on the medics, Raducanu was looked over for several minutes before an official break was announced. Soon after, an official returned to court to confirm the teenager could not continue.
