The footage, entitled ‘Welcome to Birmingham’, was taken at Esso Hollywood Head petrol station in Holloway Head, Birmingham on Tuesday, October 19 at 6pm.
The incident allegedly involved a ‘domestic argument’ between the woman and the car’s owner.

The video was filmed by a TikTok user and has almost 400,000 views and 5,000 likes.
The cameraman captures the footage from his vehicle as the woman, who is wearing a hooded sweater, tears the right wing mirror off the car in front of him.
She initially struggles to rip the mirror off the vehicle, which appears to be parked behind a lorry in the forecourt.

When the woman hears the owner of the car shouting, she manages to wrench the wing mirror from the car and runs away from the scene.
The cameraman is heard gasping ‘wow’ as she makes her getaway.
He then pans to show two men running out of a barbershop and shouting at the woman as she runs away.

No charges were pressed against the woman who damaged the vehicle and West Midlands Police have been contacted for further comment
Social media viewers were amused by the fact the woman ran off with a wing mirror.
One person said: ‘She took that mirror for her A class. Parts aren’t cheap.’
Another commented: ‘Wait?! So many questions. Was he pulling up his pants?’
No charges were pressed against the woman who damaged the vehicle, police said.
