Shopper is delighted after a Woolworths worker caters to a VERY unusual request in his grocery delivery

  • A shopper was pleasantly surprised after receiving a recent Woolworths order
  • The man had requested a drawing of a fire-breathing dragon with his delivery
  • A worker at the Australian supermarket obliged, leaving many in disbelief

A supermarket shopper was pleasantly surprised to find the highly unusual request he had made with his online grocery order had been delivered.

The man had asked for a drawing of a fire-breathing dragon to be included with his shopping in the instructions section for special home delivery.

‘Please hand draw me a picture of a fire breathing dragon,’ he wrote in his order.

To his surprise, a worker at the Australian supermarket obliged.

The man had asked for a drawing of a fire-breathing dragon to be included with his shopping in the instructions section for special home delivery, and to his surprise, a worker obliged

The employee enclosed a sketch of dragon, scrawled in pen with a short message.

‘Thanks for choosing Woolies!’ it read.

‘Not a sad dragon, just chill.’

Thrilled with the gesture, the man uploaded a photo of the drawing to Woolworths official Facebook page.

Fellow customers couldn’t believe their eyes, with one woman writing: ‘You gotta be kidding me!’

‘Omg they actually did it,’ said a second, while a third called it ‘amazing service’.

A Woolworths representative responded to the post, saying the company was ‘so pleased’ to see a team member follow the request.

‘It’s great to see how happy this made you and we’d love to share your appreciation with the store that packed your order, for their awareness,’ the representative wrote.
