  • The big cat was relaxing at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Doncaster, as the park celebrated World Lion Day
  •  The lion – one of six at the park – lay around in the sunshine as temperatures soared across the UK
  • In 2010 the park rescued the lions from terrible conditions in a Romanian zoo and gave them a new life
