Yours for £150 – the red velvet advent calendar inspired by the facade of Buckingham Palace that’s fit for a king

  • The calendar is designed as a collector’s item to be handed down generations

It’s the ultimate gift for royal fans awaiting the countdown to Christmas – but it comes at a king’s ransom.

This year, the Royal Collection Trust is offering an environmentally friendly reusable red velvet advent calendar at an eye-watering £150.

Designed as a collector’s item to be handed down from generation to generation, the festive decoration is inspired by the facade of Buckingham Palace.

With distinctive gold stitching and tassels, it also comes with its own special ‘palace pouch’ for storage.

It’s among a special seasonal collection about to go on sale by the RCT, a department of the Royal Household.
