Caprice posts rare video of her children as she thanks ‘heroic and exhausted’ NHS workers for risking their lives amid coronavirus pandemic

Caprice Bourret shared a rare glimpse of her two sons and step-daughter on an Instagram video shared on Thursday as she thanked NHS workers.

She revealed that her children no longer look up to Batman and Spiderman but now consider doctors and nurses to be the real heroes.

Caprice, 48, has sons Jett and Jax, seven, with husband Ty Comfort and her stepdaughter is from his previous relationship.

Support: Caprice posted rare video of her two sons Jett and Jax and stepdaughter on Instagram on Thursday as she thanked ‘heroic and exhausted’ NHS workers

She said: ‘My boys and beautiful step daughter wanted to do something to further support there hero’s @nhswebsite apart from mommy’s and daddy’s numerous donations to charities supporting NHS workers … so they went online … with mommy’s help… and managed to buy a few hundred bottles of hand cream, toothpaste, etc that our local hospital requested.

‘They wrote cards to then as well. When I dropped everything off a nurse whom was just finishing her very long shift told me she fell asleep whilst eating her lunch she was so exhausted and another lovely nurse was so appreciative as nobody has ever done this for them.

‘I told them they shouldn’t be thanking me … I couldn’t thank them enough and I told them they were my kids hero and mine.’

Wanting to do more, Caprice said: ‘My kids now want to order another load of goods that another local hospital requested ironically they also wanted hand cream and lip balm.

‘I am so proud of my kids for there kindness and for understanding and appreciating the sacrifice and selflessness the NHS workers exemplify.

‘Today it is not about Superman and Batman … there real life hero’s are the nurses, doctors, and carers at the NHS.

‘This video from my fam is for all workers at the NHS and if you have a friend or family who are NHS workers please please can you pass our video to them as wewant them to know how appreciated and loved they are.’

Caprice has spoken openly about how she had one of her sons with the help of a surrogate.

But shortly after, she realised she had fallen pregnant herself, so her boys were born rather close together.

She has decided not to tell them who was born to the surrogate and who was born to her.
