‘Craziest thing I’ve ever done’: Love Island Australia’s Adam Farrugia and DJ Brooklyn test out a free-roaming virtual reality simulator

He recently endured a whirlwind stint on Love Island Australia’s second season.

Yet Adam Farrugia has now revealed that going to a free-roaming virtual reality simulation centre on the Gold Coast was the ‘craziest thing’ he’s ever done.

The 27-year-old took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday to promote the VR arena in Southport, as he had the time of his life at the event.

‘Just finished down here at Zero Latency. It was the craziest thing I’ve ever done, to be honest,’ said Adam, after taking off the expensive headpiece.

‘S**t feels like you are actually in the video game. You’re moving, you’re firing, you’re squatting. It’s all going on. It’s actually the most fun I’ve had, I reckon,’ he added.

Adam was joined by Gold Coast-based DJ Brooklyn, who also donned the headpiece that allowed them to feel as though they were a part of the simulation.

On Tuesday, Adam shared a sneak peak of him getting one of his lusted-over tattoos.

The reality star headed to his favourite studio, Phresh Ink Tattoo on the Gold Coast, to get inked by artist Josh Kuhne.

‘I’ve got hundreds of messages about people asking me where I get my tattoos, who does ’em, this, that and the other,’ he said in a video clip.

‘So today, I’m actually getting tattooed,’ Adam added, speaking to camera as he drove to the tattoo shop.

He added: ‘I thought what better way to bring the camera and video the whole thing from start to finish and show you who does it and what goes into it.’

Adam gave his 246,000 followers a sneak peek at the tattoo transfer, a huge demon-like face that covered his entire thigh and snaked down his calf.

Adam has not yet showed off the finished product, and it appears the massive art work will need further sessions.
