He has held viewers spellbound since starring in the hugely successful Harry Potter movie franchise, earning himself a fortune in the process.

And Daniel Radcliffe looked every inch the dapper professional in a blue check suit as partied after the press night of his new play Endgame at London‘s Old Vic Theatre on Tuesday.

The 30-year-old actor went for a classic smart/casual combination, by teaming his ensemble with a plain white T-shirt and pristine matching trainers.

British screen star Daniel is starring opposite  Alan Cumming, who was also in attendance, in Samuel Beckett’s 1957 classic one act play Endgame.   

The Woman in Black star last appeared at London’s famous playhouse in 2017 in a revival of Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead.

Daniel has spoken about wanting to distance himself from his schoolboy wizard role and has taken on challenging roles such controversial drama Equus to stretch himself as an actor.

Most recently, Daniel has taken on the unusual part of Miles in bizarre indie action comedy Guns Akimbo.

The trailer (courtesy of Madman Films’ YouTube) begins with Radcliffe’s character Miles, a video game designer playing on his phone while crossing the street while he violently bumps into a man who calls him an ‘a**hole’.

Miles reveals in voiceover that when he was a kid, he ‘wanted to be a hero, but instead… grew up to be a nobody’.

In December, the London-born actor spoke about the pros and cons of fame, since rising to stardom at the tender age of 12.

‘There’s parts to it I enjoy more than others,’ he told Studio 10 back in December.

‘I’m not going to lie and say that every single time somebody asks me for a picture and has come up to me, that I’ve always been smiles about it.

‘Most of the time I am. It’s just the gym, where I get very annoyed… I do genuinely love meeting fans, when you meet people who you’ve have a huge effect on their childhood.

‘I think actors like to complain a lot… I think we can forget how lucky we are to do the job.’
