Khloé Kardashian jokingly told Tristan Thompson she might want some of his sperm to have another baby on Thursday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The 35-year-old Good American founder was responding to an invitation by her ex, 29, as the two of them video chatted about daughter True’s playroom at his Cleveland home.
As they decided to get rid of one of True’s old toys, Tristan asked Khloé what would happen, ‘if we have another girl and… have to buy it all over again?’

‘Who’s having another girl with you?’ Khloé retorted.
‘Listen, I’m just saying, True does need a sibling,’ Tristan offered.
‘Right, so I might get some embryos and get a sibling,’ Khloé cracked. ‘I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you. We’ll figure that out later. That’s a whole ‘nother episode.’
Khloé had been toying with having a second child, and in a preview of next week’s show announced that she had begun to freeze her eggs, revealing, ‘I do have a sperm donor.’

But on Thursday’s season 18 episode, she tried to establish firmer boundaries with Tristan, who persisted in sending her gifts such as a $2,750 De Jouy Embroidered Book Tote from Christian Dior.
‘You gotta stop buying me things!’ Khloé admonished him as she took it out of the bag.
‘It’s really crazy. Coming from the guy that when we were together, I don’t think ever bought me one thing…,’ she added.

The Cleveland Cavaliers player had been working to get back into Khloé’s good graces for a long time, after famously cheating on her during their relationship.
In a confessional, Khloé admitted, ‘Tristan and I are in a good place. Do I wish he acted this way when we were together? A hundred percent. I also just want to be really smart and not have any of these lines blurred. It’s just very confusing.’

Khloé told her mother Kris Jenner, 64, that the mere act of co-parenting had been incredibly hard, and noted that she felt surprisingly ‘territorial’ about True.
She recognized that True would soon have to go see her dad in Cleveland, but the thought of sending her with a nanny made her anxious.
Tristan then surprised Khloé by flying to Los Angeles just to spend 24 hours with his daughter, flirting a little with Khloé, too.

As they walked around her garden, he awkwardly tried to tuck a flower into Khloé’s collar.
She turned to friends Malika Haqq, and Khadija Haqq-McCray, both 37, to express how weird it was, but they were bubbling over with their own news.

She realized she wasn’t comfortable sending True to Cleveland with a nanny, so she volunteered to go herself.

As Khloé examined the space he’d made for his daughter, she was reassured by the fact that Tristan asked all the right questions about True’s schedule.

The two of them decided it was time to have a little fun and pull a prank on momager Kris.
Khloé, who could look startlingly like her mother, suggested she dress up like Kris and get photographed acting atrociously, with Scott directing a ‘paparazzo’ for long-lens photos.

With the help of Rob Kardashian, 33, they got Kris’ gray Rolls-Royce, and Khloé posed in it as her mother, while being photographed.
She smoked cigarettes and stuffed her face with McDonald’s food, threw up in the bushes, urinated next to the car, and tossed a Krispy Kreme box out the window yelling, ‘Do you know who I am? I’m Kris F***ing Jenner!’

Kim’s assistant Tracy Romulus volunteered to call Kris and tell her that the Daily Mail and other newspapers had been pitched ‘unflattering’ paparazzi photos of her.
The momager would hear that the photos had been killed, but she’d still get calls from the media and friends asking about them, before finally seeing them herself.
But when Tracy phoned Kris and told her that she’d been snapped doing shady things, like going through the trash at Kylie Cosmetics, Kris denied it and fired back angrily.

Driving through the city, Kylie almost sideswiped a car, and Stassie noted she’d ‘almost crashed twice already.’

‘I can’t really see that well,’ Kylie admitted, sharing in a confessional that her vision had started to worsen when she got pregnant and she’d started wearing glasses ‘all the time.’
‘I can’t see 10 feet in front of me,’ she complained, as Stassie ended up driving. ‘I have to wear glasses to drive, watch TV, even to look at my daughter’s face. It’s starting to just affect my daily life.’
Kylie hated wearing glasses and a recent pair of contacts ‘ripped in my eye in seven pieces,’ she said. ‘It was so scary.’

Kris watched as her daughter was treated, telling her, ‘You’re doing amazing, sweetie!’

Afterward, Kylie read the time off the clock perfectly, but was so drugged her mother had to take her home and look after her.
Kris put Kylie to bed and gave her a bell to ring if she needed help, which Kylie used repeatedly, asking for water and tacos, which Kris fed her.
When Kylie asked Kris to crawl into bed, Kris stuffed the bed with pillows and snuck out.

Kris wouldn’t tell her kids what was going on, but privately, Khloé and Scott held up eye ‘masks’ as Khloé said, ‘First step of the prank? Boom shaka laka.’

As the show closed, Khloé received a call from Tristan, who said that True was having fun.
