Michael Clarke and Pip Edwards finally went public with their romance last week, when they embarked on a sun-soaked holiday in Noosa, Queensland, with their children from previous relationships.

And while Michael’s estranged wife, Kyly Clarke, has maintained a dignified silence regarding the retired cricketer’s relationship with the P.E Nation founder, her recent Instagram posts send a powerful message about her new life as a single mother.

In a string of recent posts, the 38-year-old lifestyle blogger has been showing off her gym-honed figure in some uncharacteristically racy outfits while also sharing inspirational captions that offer a glimpse into her private world. 

On Sunday, Kyly shared several photos of herself looking very glamorous while attending a friend’s party in Liverpool, Sydney.

While she is primarily known for her conservative-yet-chic style, the former model instead opted for a rather daring look consisting of an ab-flashing crop top, skinny jeans and studded beige heels.

The caption also revealed Kyly’s positive mindset, as she simply used the hashtags #Sunday and #GreatDay.

Another post from the event showed the celebrity candlemaker holding a friend’s daughter, while she reflected on the importance of friendship.

‘Every now and then you connect with someone on a special level. Attached to my hip… My friends are my family,’ she wrote.

Over the weekend, as Michael was road-tripping with his new flame, Kyly also raised eyebrows by sharing a sizzling throwback photo of herself in gym gear.

The image showed her looking ripped as her abs and muscular limbs glistened with sweat after an intense workout.

The post was flooded with compliments from friends and fans, several of whom remarked that Michael must be kicking himself.
