‘Definitely worth it!’ Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff debuts her dramatic hair makeover featuring even longer extensions

Elizabeth Sobinoff has long been a fan of changing up her look.

And on Tuesday, the Married At First Sight star, 29, debuted her latest hair makeover featuring even longer brunette extensions.

‘A little while ago I had my tapes taken out and replaced with beads,’ Elizabeth told her Instagram followers, adding that it was ‘definitely worth it’.

Tape extensions are attached to hair in panels with glue while bead extensions are clamped in individually.

A video posted by Hair Extension Bar shows how Elizabeth transitioned from tape to bead extensions last month.

‘She has got tape hair extensions in and we’re going to replace them with our Minikin bead hair extensions as they will be a lot lighter and less visible in her hair,’ the hair stylist said.

‘She’s also wanting to go longer and we’re using our 24 inches virgin Russian hair to put in today.’

The video also offered a rare look at Elizabeth’s natural hair once her tape extensions had been removed.

‘So we’ve removed the tapes and you can see Lizzie’s hair without any extensions in,’ the stylist explained.

‘So this is her natural hair, she’s quite short and the ends are all snapped due to stripping colour.’

‘Excessive colouring!’ Elizabeth chuckled.

The hair stylist then clamped in the bead hair extensions before straightening and curling Elizabeth’s hair.

The result was long wavy extensions that fell down Elizabeth’s shoulders almost to her obliques.

At the end of the video, she couldn’t help but let out a big smile and was clearly pleased with her long, wavy locks.

The video’s caption explained that Elizabeth’s tape extensions were ‘visible and heavy for her hair’ while the new bead extensions were ‘lightweight with no adhesive damage’ and looked more ‘natural’.
