Channel Nine entertainment reporter Richard ‘Dickie’ Wilkins, 65, has shut down rumours of a split with his partner-of three-years Virginia Burmeister.
According to The Sunday Telegraph, the Nine star told the publication that they are still going strong.
The publication claimed that insiders have said that in recent weeks, Richard and Virginia, 52, have had ‘heated arguments’ because he didn’t want to put money into her property in France.

The Sunday Telegraph also claimed that sources recently said their relationship was on its ‘last legs.’
But on Saturday as the publication noted, the couple put on a united front as they stepped out at the Australian Open in Melbourne together.
Taking to Instagram, Virginia, 52, posted a photograph from the event, captioning the post: ‘Loving the tennis with my gorgeous man.’

In the photo, Virginia kept it casual, wearing a pair of white jeans and a black tank top, while Dickie looked slick as ever in a crisp white shirt and suit jacket.
The pair were all smiles, with Virginia affectionately wrapping her arm around the veteran journalist for the sweet snap.
Later in the day Virgina shared another photo to her private Instagram, this time as she lent in to give Richard a kiss.

‘Beautiful day great people,’ she captioned the post, alongside several heart emojis.
Virgina traded in her black tank for a more sophisticated spaghetti strapped blouse, while Dickie opted for a black shirt for the occasion.
It comes after Richard, who has five children with four women, had previously hinted at a surprise wedding to the former Le Lida Paris dancer.

Last July, as they holidayed in Europe, he sparked engagement rumours after posting a photo of his ladylove in a white dress outside a jewellery store in Capri, Italy.
Virginia showed off a golden glow as she stood in the doorway of the Virginia Capri storefront with a large grin.
The veteran entertainment editor captioned the upload: ‘You know you’re in trouble when they name the bloody store after her.’
Many fans rushed to the comments to express their excitement, writing ‘hope you spent up big’, ‘you’d just have to buy her something!’ and ‘Love it! It’s a sign’.
Richard and Virginia went public with their relationship in October 2017, when they were seen looking affectionate with one another at Lisa Wilkinson’s vow renewal ceremony, to celebrate her 25-year marriage to author Peter FitzSimons.
Virginia, who previously was a dancer at Le Lido Paris in the 1980s, is the former wife of investment banker Mark, and is a mother to two children.
