The most viewed jobs of 2019 in Britain have been revealed, and entertainment giant Warner Bros, tech leader Apple, ITV reality shows and make-up brands Huda Beauty are among the most popular.

The list, released by LinkedIn, includes jobs at three Premier League football clubs – Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United – meaning sports dominate the top 10, while a post at Chelsea FC comes in at number 17.

Elsewhere,  a Head of Client Partnerships role with Love Island is at number 16 and a PA job with Warner Bros comes in at number 19.

Meanwhile an executive assistant role with beauty giant Huda Beauty proved popular with make-up lovers, while media and tech giants Apple and Vice also made the list.

Between them, these top 25 jobs received over 819,000 views on LinkedIn.

For the first time in three years, roles at The Royal Household have not made it onto the top 25 most-viewed jobs, however, Mark Carney’s replacement as the Governor of the Bank of England was posted as an open role with HM Treasury and made it onto the list.

Last year a Communications Assistant role with the Royal Household came in at number two.

Meanwhile, more serious roles that have piqued job seekers’ interest include a client management vacancy with banking giant Goldman Sachs and a finance analyst with HSBC.

Darain Faraz, Careers Expert at LinkedIn, commented: ‘There aren’t many situations where you would find the job description of the Governor of the Bank of England listed alongside roles at Love Island, VICE and Urban Outfitters – such is the variety of jobs we see on LinkedIn.

‘As we wind down 2019, it’s fantastic to see that the millions of roles on the platform are truly diverse. Whatever job you’re looking for, you really can find it on LinkedIn.’
