Eat your fill: Fruity frogurt
SERVES 2
TAKES 5 minutes
200g full-fat Greek yogurt
75g frozen berries (raspberries/strawberries/ blackberries)
2 squares of 85% or 90% dark chocolate, roughly chopped
2 tsp roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- Place the yogurt and frozen berries in a mini chopper or food processor and quickly pulse together to just break up the fruit a little and combine into the yogurt. The frozen berries will chill the yogurt to give it a sorbet consistency.
- Divide between two serving bowls and sprinkle over the chocolate and hazelnuts. Eat immediately.
- Alternatively, for more of an ice-cream feel, pulse the yogurt and fruit in a food processor, transfer to a container suitable for the freezer and freeze for a couple of hours.
TIP If you are freezing the frogurt, freeze a couple of hours before you want to eat it – don’t leave it in the freezer for too long otherwise ice crystals will form.
