Love Island fans were outraged on Friday evening after a romantic moment between Mike Boateng and Leanne Amaning was cut from the episode.
Furious viewers claimed that the couple aren’t getting enough airtime on the hit ITV2 show and demanded to see more of them following the first recoupling.
During the evening before Mike picked Leanne to be in a partnership on the dating show, he appeared to go to pick up his love interest and sweep her into his arms.

However fans of the programme missed the tender moment as the cut suddenly cut to show Islanders Shaughna Phillips and Connagh Howard chatting by the fridge.
Viewers took their fight to Twitter, as they expressed their dismay that they were unable to see more of Mike and Leanne’s relationship developing.
One upset fan said: ‘Now why would they cut out Mike going to pick up Leanne [crying face emoji] they’re so cute I hate it here #LoveIsland.’

On Friday Mike picked Leanne to be in a couple with, after they were torn apart when Bombshell Jess Gale ‘stole’ Mike following her explosive entrance into the villa.
Despite trying to tear the couple apart, Mike soon realised his affection for Leanne and decided he would rather recouple with her rather than Jess.
Proving his loyalty to the customer service adviser, Mike even decided to sleep separately from Jess in the ‘Dog House’ – with Leanne joining him during the night.
