In the clip, which was filmed late last year, she also spoke about how she packed the lunchbox with beans and gluten free sandwiches with peanut butter.

The former reality TV star said her children don’t usually eat sandwiches but they were celebrating the end of term.

In another part of the lengthy clip, Felicity did a little chat with her daughter Dakota about healthy eating, with Dakota saying she likes to eat healthy food and doesn’t think she’s missing out on junk food.

‘What people think is that I don’t let my kids do things,’ Felicity said.

‘I actually always ask them and it’s their choice what they want to eat. I just educate them,’ she said.

Dakota said she likes healthy food because junk food ‘makes our bodies upset.’

She added: ‘It’s really not good for you sometimes, food. Eat vegetables first, okay guys. They should eat vegetables and some fruit.’

‘If you want some gummies, don’t have the gummies, have some Paleo chips and stay healthy and rise up.’

Last month, Felicity revealed she put her son Orlando, now five, on a keto diet to help overcome his epilepsy when he was still a toddler.

During an Instagram Q&A with her followers at the time, the mother-of-two said she chose not to medicate her son Orlando, who was 18 months old at the time, to help treat the disease.

Instead, the 29-year-old decided to find an alternative method to help manage the neurological disorder.

‘We worked with a specialist and a pediatrician and we chose not to medicate him and instead we worked through diet,’ she told fans in the one minute clip posted to her Instagram Stories.

She added: ‘He went keto pretty much. It was one of the most hardest times in my life’.

Felicity later confirmed Orlando is no longer doing the keto diet and is now seizure free.

The social media influencer said Orlando is doing ‘so, so good’ and is living a ‘completely healthy and normal life.’
